How do I book?

Stocks of supercars are limited so it is best to contact an AdventureBookings representative for a reservation form well ahead of time. We will be able to immediately confirm whether your chosen car is available for the dates you with to hire it.

What is the Responsibility?

This is the excess amount you are liable for if you return the car to us in a damaged condition.

Terms & Conditions

• Payments are to be paid in full and up front.
• Drivers must produce a valid driver’s license before we will release the vehicle.
• All credit card payments are subject to a 4% surcharge.
• An accidents handling fee of R500.00 will be levied on all damages.
• There is an admin fee payable of R500.00 for any speeding fines you incur.
• We have a no smoking policy in all our vehicles; should you disregard this, you will be liable for a valet charge of R750.00.
• You must return your rental car with a full tank of fuel, if you neglect to do this you will be billed for the costs of filling the tank at 1.5 times.
• You are bound to collect the vehicle within one hour of the pre-arranged time, failing to do this will lead to you being charged for a full extra day rental.
• Delivery and collection: we offer free delivery within a 25-kilometre radius from the office and between the hours of 08h00 and 30h00 during a normal working week. Delivery and collection outside this radius and after the hours stated will incur a minimum fee of R250.00. The exact fee will be calculated on distance and the time factor.
• Any additional drivers besides the card holder will be subject to an R250.00 once off fee per driver.
• The minimum age for drivers of our super cars is 30 and for the other vehicle rentals drivers must be 25 years or older.
• Chauffeur driven rentals: if you as the client cause any damage to the vehicle, you will be held responsible for the expense. If you use any extra hours, you will be billed according to the rates for the specific vehicle.
• We do not offer cross border rentals as standard; you can only do a cross border ride if you have prearranged this with the management.

Cancellations

• 24hrs - 100% Cancellation
• 72 hrs - 50% Cancellation
• 7 Days - 25% Cancellation
• Non-Refundable - 10%
