How do I book?
Contact an AdventureBookings Representative for a reservation form as soon as you know your travel plans as stocks of mini buses are limited. We will be able to confirm when you call whether your chosen vehicle is available for the time you wish to rent it.
What is the Responsibility?
If the vehicle you hire is damaged in any way during the rental period, your responsibility will be the excess you will have to pay.

Terms & Conditions
- Payments: to be made in full and upfront.
- Identification: a vehicle cannot be released to a driver unless driver can produce a valid driver’s license.
- There is a 4% credit card surcharge that will be levied on all payments made by credit card.
- An accident handling fee of R500.00 will be levied on any damages to vehicles.
- Should you incur any speeding fines there will be an admin fee of R500.00 charged.
- We have a no smoking rule for all rental vehicles. Should you disregard this rule, you will be liable for an R750.00 valet service fee.
- Fuel: vehicles must be returned with a full tank. If not, you will be charged for the cost to fill the tank at the rate of 1.5 times.
- There is a once-off fee of R250.00 for each addition driver besides the card holder.
- Age limits are strictly adhered to and driver must be 25 years or above and for supercar rentals drivers must be 30 and above.
- Delivery and collection: we do free delivery within a 25km radius from our office during the normal working week between the hours of 08h00 to 20h00. Outside these hours and outside the 25km radius you will be subject to a delivery and collections fee of minimum R250.00, but calculations of fee are done on a location and time formula.
- Collections must be done within 1 hour of the agreed upon time. If vehicle is picked up late, you will be charged for a full extra day rental.
- With the chauffeur driven option you will be charged for any additional hours at the rate subject for the specific vehicle. If you as the client cause any damages to the chauffeur driven vehicle, you will be held responsible for the expense.

24hrs - 100% Cancellation
72 hrs - 50% Cancellation
7 Days - 25% Cancellation
Non-Refundable - 10%
