How do I book?
Stocks on luxury cars and convertibles are limited, therefore you are advised to contact an Adventure Bookings representative for a reservation form. We will be able to confirm for you when you contact us whether the vehicle of your choice is available for the time period you want it.
What is the Responsibility?
This is the excess amount you will be liable for in the event that you return the vehicle to us in a damaged state.

Terms & Conditions
- Payments must be made in full and in advance.
- You must be able to produce a valid drivers’ license before we will release the vehicle to you.
- Credit cards are welcome, but a 4% surcharge will be levied on all credit card payments.
- There is a R500.00 accident handling fee for all damages.
- If you incur speeding fines there will be a R500.00 admin fee payable.
- We have a no smoking policy for all our vehicles and if you do not adhere to this rule, you will be liable for a R750.00 valet charge.
- Vehicles must be returned with a full tank, if not you will be charged for the cost to fill the tank at 1.5 times.
- If there are additional drivers besides the card holder, there will be a once off fee of R250.00 payable per driver.
- The minimum age of drivers for our rental cars is 25 and for super cars the age limit is 30 years and above.
- Delivery and collection fees: we deliver free within a 25km radius of our office during normal work week days between 08h00 and 20h00. If your location is outside our radius and if collection and delivery falls outside the stated hours there will be a minimum fee liable of R250.00. The fee will be calculated on distance and time factor.
- We do not offer cross border rentals unless you have prearranged this transaction with the manager.
- Chauffeur driven vehicles: if you as the client cause any damage to the vehicle, you will be held liable for the expense and if any extra hours are used, you will be charged for that at the applicable rate for the specific vehicle.
Cancellations
- 24hrs - 100% Cancellation
- 72 hrs - 50% Cancellation
- 7 Days - 25% Cancellation
- Non-Refundable - 10%
