How do I book?
Stocks of luxury cars are limited, so please contact an AdventureBookings Representative for a Reservation Form. We will be able to confirm if your choice of car is available for the period you wish it for.
What is the Responsibility?
If you return the vehicle damaged in any way, your responsibility will be the excess you will have to pay.

Terms & Conditions
- Payments: to be made in full and upfront.
- Identification: before we can release the vehicle to the driver, a valid driver’s license must be produced.
- Credit Card surcharge of 4% will be levied for all card payments
- Accidents Handling Fee of R500.00 will be levied on all damages
- Speeding Fines: There will be an admin fee of R500.00 levied for all speeding fines incurred.
- No Smoking is allowed in vehicles: should you not adhere to this, you will be liable for a valet charge of R750.00.
- Fuel: vehicles must be returned filled up and in the case this is not done, you will be liable for the costs for filling up 1.5 times.
- Additional Drivers (other than the card holder) will be liable for a once off fee per driver of R250.00.
- Age Limits: All drivers must be 25 years or older and drivers of Supercar rentals must be 30 years or older
- Delivery & Collection: within a 25km radius and during the working week between 08:00 and 20:00 the delivery will be free. A fee of R250.00 or more will be charged outside these times and outside the 25km radius. Fee calculation is dependent on time and location.
- Collections: if you do not collect your vehicle within 1 hour of the agreed upon time, you will be liable for the full charge for an extra day.
- Cross Border Rentals: cross border rentals are not a normal part of our service and this can only be arranged with management before the time.
- Chauffeur Drive's: any extra hours used will be charged at the applicable rate for the specific vehicle. If any damage is done to the vehicle by the client, client will be held fully responsible for the expense.
Cancellations
- 24hrs - 100% Cancellation
- 72 hrs - 50% Cancellation
- 7 Days - 25% Cancellation
- Non-Refundable - 10%
