What’s the deal?

Zimbabwe is a beautiful country that showcases the untamed majesty of Africa spectacularly. Despite the bad press in recent years it is a growing tourist destination because of its beauty and the wide variety of available adventures. Adventure Zone offers its Zimbabwean clients the opportunity to take advantage of 2 Extreme Discount Programs that allow you to mix and match available activities to suit your holiday desires.

Where is it?

The adventures on offer through Adventure Zone’s EDP programs in Zimbabwe are concentrated around the world famous Victoria Falls and the surrounding areas as well as on the Zambezi River that makes up the border between Zimbabwe and Zambia.

When is the best time to do it?

The Extreme Discount Programs are available throughout the year but some of the activities are more weather and water level dependant than others. It is important to either choose activities suitable to the weather at the time of your Zimbabwean holiday or to choose a time of year to go on holiday that is suitable for the activities that you want to do.

Transfers:

• The Extreme Discount Programs include transfers to and from local Zimbabwean holiday accommodation that fall within the Victoria Falls Municipality area.
• Clients holidaying in accommodation outside the Victoria Falls Municipality area may choose transfers through Adventure Zone qat an additional cost.
• Clients holidaying on the Zambian side of the Zambezi River who are purchasing one of the Zimbabwean Extreme Discount Programs need to note that there is a transfer fee for collection and drop off in Zambia.

Please Note:

Adventure Zone only makes use of Zimbabwean based helicopter operators for the Extreme Discount Programs.

Clients may choose to enjoy the same product 2 or 3 times if they want to.

Clients may upgrade their activities at an additional cost. The upgrade options are:

• A game drive is upgradeable to either a day or a night time game drive in a private game reserve
• The sunset cruise is upgradeable to a dinner cruise on the Zambezi River
• River rafting is upgradeable to a combination of rafting and river boarding
• Any of the above upgradeable activities is replaceable with a bungee jump

Not Included:

The Zimbabwean Extreme Discount Programs do not include park fees which are currently  USD10 per person for the river cruises, helicopter flights and the rafting and canoeing. The park fees are payable directly at our offices.

NO VISA’s for Zambia, Botswana or Zimbabwe are included for any activity.

• This option includes a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River and your choice of 1 of the following adventure activities:
• Full day or half day river rafting
• Full day or half day canoe safari
• Morning or afternoon elephant back safari
• 13 Minute Flight of Angels Victoria Falls helicopter flight
• Morning or afternoon lion encounter
• 2 hour or 3 hour horse riding trail
• A game drive within the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park
• Your choice of one of the Gorge Adrenaline Activities which are the gorge swing, the flying fox or the zipline adventure.

Zimbabwean Extreme Discount Program Option 2:

• When choosing this option you can choose any 3 of the following adventure activities:
