Join us for 5 day triathlon training camp where we will train together in the beautiful Sedgefield area. During the 5 days we will focus on training programs, training tips and all the technical issues of a triathlon. You can stay at the beautiful Pine Lake Marina and train in the forest and surroundings. You can bring your mountain bike or road bike, both road options available. We will swim in the Swartvlei lake. This will not just be about training but about the experience. The camp will be from 7 am until 4 pm every day.

Special accommodation rates will apply to triathletes and friends or family joining.
