The ocean can be reached in a few minutes’ walk.

Accommodation comprises of triple, double and single rooms, all with en-suite bathroom, as well as self-catering units, which can accommodate up to five people, with kitchenette and en-suite bathroom.

Our facility includes laundry service, secure parking, internet and Wi-Fi. We can assist and advise about the activities in and around Swakopmund and we are more than willing to book it for you.

We will discuss and book your dinner reservation when you arrive at Sea Breeze.

Sea Breeze Guesthouse is a family business and your needs is our concern. We are always happy to spend time with our guests, providing information about the coast and – more in general – about Namibia.

Cancellation Policy:	28-22 days prior to arrival 20%, 21-15 days prior to arrival 50%,
	14-8 days prior to arrival 75%, 7-0 days prior to arrival and no show 100%

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RATES AND PROCEDURES
Tariffs/rates quoted include accommodation, VAT and all Government levies. The guesthouse reserves the right to amend the
tariffs/rates accordingly should the percentage level of VAT be increased or Government levies be increased during the duration
of this agreement, or if the Namibian Dollar should be officially devalued, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may
occur in the duration of this agreement. All tariffs/rates quoted in this agreement as specified in the rate sheet of the
respectiveaccommodation establishment are in Namibian Dollars, per unit, per night.
In the event of refurbishment programmes, upgrades or any unforeseen exceptional circumstances, the guesthouse
reserves the right to seek alternative accommodation in a hotel of similar standard or a hotel conveniently situated.
Children accommodation apply as per the quoted rate sheet.

CANCELLATION TERMS
• All reservations, cancellations and/or amendments must be made in writing to the guesthouse.
• Provisional bookings can only be guaranteed for a limited period, which will be stipulated on the provisional booking
confirmation. If the booking is not confirmed during this time, it will automatically be cancelled.
• All cancellations will be confirmed in writing, non receipt of cancellation confirmation means that reservation
has not been cancelled.

Check-in time: 14h00
Check-out time: 10h00

PAYMENTS
A credit card authorisation must be supplied to reconfirm the reservation as a guarantee and the full amount
settle at the guesthouse with check-in, cancellation policy will apply.
Last minute reservations can only be settled at the guesthouse with check-in by credit card or cash.

GENERAL
This agreement is governed by and is subject to interpretation in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
The guesthouse shall be excused and shall not be deemed in default for any failure of performance hereunder,
for any reason beyond its control. Such cause shall be deemed to include, without limitation, war, warlike operations,
armed aggression, insurrection, riots, fire, explosions, accidents, failure to obtain government approvals, Government acts
or omissions, regulations or orders, acts of God, acts of a public enemy, epidemics, quarantine, restrictions or labour unrest.
