Quad biking | Garden Route - Baviaans 3 days / 2 nights

This guided quad bike tour stretches over three days and two nights across quad bike trials in Baviaans Kloof in the world-renowned Garden Route.

Quad bike specifics:

Fully inclusive hire of Yamaha Grizzly 125cc quad bike [fully automatic]
All riding gear that include helmets and goggles.
All needed fuel and lubricants

DAY 1
The starting point of the quad bike tour is the Cape Nature Office and Fire Base at Witfontein. Before being fully kitted out every member of the tour group will have an orientation period and briefing. Afterwards gear will be allocated and everyone is expected to wear it at all times.
The quad bike trail winds through the historical Montague Pass that was built in 1848. The trail curves and winds through Cradock�s Kloof giving everyone a great quad bike ride until we reach the summit. The trail covers some really great scenery and when we reach Paardepoort George we have a rest period. For those that feel like it, there is a swimming hole for cooling down in.
From here the quad bike trail takes us into the Klein Karoo and amongst the Swartberg and Kamanassie Mountain ranges. Our destination is the guest farm where we will overnight. Once we have downloaded and pitched the tents everyone has the chance to go exploring around the farm. The evening is spent having a barbeque and there is a cash bar on the premises.

DAY 2
We have an early start and first of all the back-up vehicles will be loaded. Before departure there will be coffee and rusts and then we start our quad bike journey over dirt roads to our overnight stop in the Baviaanskloof.� We break for brunch in the Kamanassie Mountains and then resume our quad bike drive across game farms. Upon arival at your overnight farm, tents will be pitched and then everyone is free to explore the hiking trails, swimming facilities and playground. There are good amenities available such as a pool table, television and cash bar to name a few.

DAY 3
After breakfast it is time to load the back-up vehicles and start out on your quad bike drive back to where we started three days ago. The route we follow is basically the reversal out the outward journey, so you have a second chance to enjoy all the scenery. Once again we stop at the swim hole in the Paardepoort Gorge for a break and a swim.� If our luck holds and the weather is clear you will be able to see all the way to the coastline, Mossels Bay and the city of George. Your quad biking tour officially ends when we arrive back at the Cape Nature Office at the Witfontein Fire Base in the late afternoon well satisfied with ourselves for having had a great time.
