Canopy adventures have become hugely popular as an up-close-and-personal way to experience nature in an alternative and fun way.

Magaliesberg Canopy Tours Adventure Gift Vouchers are Available.

Roughly 1,5 hours from Pretoria and Johannesburg is the Sparkling Waters Hotel and Spa. Here you can have a canopy tour and spend 2.5 hours gliding from platform to platform having an eco-tour with a difference.

The Magalies Canopy takes you from the top of the Ysterhout Kloof on a journey over 11 platforms and 10 slides while you experience the animal life, the birds and nature without once setting foot down onto the forest floor.

Throughout your canopy tour, often 30 meters above the ground you will be accompanied by two trained guides that will see to your safety and give you running commentary about what you are seeing, thus enhancing your canopy tour with additional input.
