Terms, conditions, policies and disclaimers

• Rates are quoted per person per night in ZAR, are inclusive of 14%Value Added Tax (VAT) and exclude the 1% tourism levy.
• Rates are subject to availability and fluctuations.
• The rates include:

-  Accommodation in a Luxury en suite room or Business Suite

-  Full English breakfast in our a la carte restaurant, around the pool or in the room

-  VAT (Value Added Tax) of 14%

-  Free shuttle services to and from Centurion shopping centre with restaurants, shops and entertainment

-  Complimentary parking and a 24 hour security system

• All rooms are king-size double or twin rooms – please state/advise your preference.
• Leriba Hotel and Spa reserves the right to release unconfirmed bookings 7 days prior to arrival.
• All major credit cards are accepted.  No cheques will be accepted without prior arrangement, credit card number and credit card check.  Credit card check/number will be needed for guests paying cash.
• Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in
• Check in time is at 15h00 and check out time at 11h00. Early check in/late arrivals by prior arrangement only
• Reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Breakfast is served from 06h30 – 10h00 daily.
• Cancellation policy: 30 days prior to arrival 25%, 14 days prior to arrival 50% and less than 48 hours prior to arrival 100%

• Groups/Tour Leaders/Drivers policy:  Groups are classified as 10 or more paying guests and one single/twin en suite room is offered on a 50% reduced rate for one bona-fide tour operator/guide/driver.  For 20 or more paying guests we offer on complimentary room on a bed and breakfast basis.
• Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of 100% deposit.  Payments can be made directly into our bank account/provide us with a valid credit card number, type of card, expiry date and the last three digits on the back of the card. Government departments only: please provide us with a valid order form & order number. 

        Travel Industry only: please provide us with valid voucher and voucher number.

Take the John Vorster off-ramp from JHB and turn direction Centurion.  Follow John Vorster Road for 3km (6 traffic lights) until the traffic light at the bridge crossing the Hennops River, turn left.  At the T-junctions turn right.  Leriba is on left hand side.

From Pretoria via N1 

Take the John Vorster off-ramp from PTA and turn direction Centurion.  Follow John Vorster Road for 3km (7 traffic lights) until the traffic light at the bridge crossing the Hennops River, turn left.  At the T-junctions turn right.  Leriba is on left hand side.

From Pretoria via Ben Schoeman N14 (R28) 

Take the Jean Av/Centurion/Lyttleton.  At the traffic light turn left.  At Rabie street turn right again.  At the traffic light turn at the bridge crossing the Hennops River turn right again.  At the T-junction turn right.  Leriba is on left hand side.

From Johannesburg International Airport via R21

Take the R21 direction Pretoria.  After the Irene off-ramp you will find the N1 South Johannesburg/Krugerdorp off-ramp.  Take this off-ramp, going towards Johannesburg on the N1.  Take the John Vorster off ramp.  Turn left into John Vorster towards Centurion. Follow John Vorster Road for 3km (7 traffic lights) until the traffic light at the bridge crossing the Hennops River, turn left.  At the T-junctions turn right.  Leriba is on left hand side.

Up to 950 delegates can be accommodated in 16 fully equipped air conditioned venues. The largest venue can accommodate 300 delegates theatre style. The well designed venues with direct access and views on the indigenous gardens provide a conference experience with a difference. A variety of teambuilding events, pre- and post conference tours and unique cultural appreciation presentations are also offered.
