5 Nights Cape Town + 3 Nights Kruger Golf Safari

This golf holiday will warm the heart of all golf lovers with 6 different golf courses to play, four of them in Cape Town. For the last two rounds of golf, you pack in something extra as you fly off to the Kruger National Park to the Hans Merensky Estate for golf and safari experiences. In this 8 nights golf holiday you pack in excellent golf, sightseeing and safari; the perfect combination.

Another perk of this golfing holiday is that you get the opportunity to do some self driving for part of it and have escorted transport for certain parts as well.

Itinerary

Day One - Arrival in Cape Town
Arrival at Cape Town International Airport. A representative with meet you and assist with your car rental and then guide you to your hotel where you will be briefed. Questions will be answers and vouchers for use during your golf holiday will be handed over.
Overnight: Portswood Hotel

Day Two - Golf at Royal Cape Golf Club
The first golf course on your golf holiday is the Royal Cape Golf Club for a round of golf. Afterwards you are free to explore the wonders of Cape Town, visit the V&A Waterfront and explore all great attractions the city has to offer.

Day Three - Golf at Clovelly Country Club
You drive to Clovelly Country Club for your second round of golf and it is advised that you plan ahead of the attractions in and around Cape Town you wish to visit after your golf game. Information is freely available, the hotel reception or a representative will gladly tell you about special attractions that are simply �musts�.
Overnight: Portswood Hotel

Day Four - Golf at Steenberg Golf Club
Departure from the Portswood Hotel and then make your way to the exclusive Steenberg Golf Club situated in the beautiful Constantia Wine lands for a round of golf on this championship course. Afterwards your destination is Somerset West and the Erinvale Country Estate where you will overnight for two nights.

Day Five - Golf at Erinvale Golf Club
Today the Erinvale Golf Club awaits you for a round of golf as the fourth golf course included in your golfing holiday package. The rest of the day you are free to explore the Overberg region and maybe visit a wine estate in the Stellenbosch are for wine tasting and buy a few bottles of export class wine to take home.

Day Six - Depart Cape Town
Today you depart from Cape Town on the next stage of your golf holiday that will take you across South Africa to the Kruger National Park. You fly out of Cape Town International Airport after dropping off your rental car. Once you land at the Phalaborwa Airport, a representative will meet you and transfer you to the Hans Merensky Estate where you will overnight for three nights.

Day Seven - Golf at Hans Merensky
Here you will combine the golf and safari aspects of your golfing holiday. First on today�s agenda is an early start to go on a game drive and experience Africa�s wildlife. On your return you will go to the Estate�s championship golf course for a round of golf with a difference. You play golf amongst the estate�s resident crocodile, giraffes and zebras that wander around. This makes

Day Eight - Golf at Sefapane Lodge
After a hearty breakfast at the hotel you go to the adjoining Sefapane Golf course for the final round of golf in your golfing holiday package. The afternoon you can relax in anticipation of going on an evening game drive.

Day Nine - Depart the Kruger Park Area
This is the final day of your golf holiday and you depart from the Hans Merensky Estate from the Phalaborwa Airport from where you fly to Oliver Thambo International Airport in Johannesburg. From here you fly home after experiencing six of the greatest golf courses in South Africa and having experienced safari game drives as well as great sightseeing.
