Muizenberg Beach is renowned for the world famous Surfers

and around Muizenberg, why not take a leisurely walk along the Historic Mile
between Muizenberg and St James. The mile is a route along the shore and rocks,
offering magnificent views over the ocean. Feel the sea spray, listen to the
sounds of traffic and the crashing waves and greet dog walkers and joggers as they
pass you by on your way from Muizenberg to St James or vice versa.
Kalk Bay Village:
Kalk bay is a trendy and eclectic collection of craft shops,
historic cottages, antique stores, restaurants and much more, a feast for the
senses and a shopaholic’s paradise. Situated only 3km from Muizenberg, the
historic streets that wind their way up the mountainside are made of cobbled
stone and offer stunning glimpses of the sea beyond the houses.
Zandvlei Lagoon:
This is an important estuary, wetland and river system that
offers lots to do and see for visitors. Zandvlei accommodated various
