This 11 day Zambian holiday from Malawian Style takes you on an adventure across this Southern African country, showing you the highlights, raw natural beauty and much, much more. You will stay in a variety of different accommodation establishments offering you a varied taste of Zambian hospitality from super luxury to down to earth backpackers. All breakfasts and select other meals included as specified.

Malawian Style offers you exceptional experiences in the untamed Africa. Zambia is a country of many beauties and you will sample all of those varied beauties including the bush, wildlife, the magnificence of Victoria Falls and Lake Kariba. Enjoy the luxury of top class accommodation, the down to earth casual atmosphere of backpackers and the exclusivity of a luxury house boat. Various aspects of your holiday are fully covered such as breakfast every morning, all meals at 2 of the locations, game drives and transfers.

Sample Itinerary:

Day 1:

Meet and greet at Lilongwe and then we make our way to Luangwa Valley in Zambia.
Enjoy a packed lunch along the way.
Depart from Lilongwe at around 09:00 am arriving at our destination around mid afternoon.
We base ourselves at the Croc Valley Camp in South Luangwa.
All your meals, game drives and accommodation at this camp are included.
Enjoy dinner at the camp’s restaurant which overlooks the Luangwa River, you may see elephants cross the river at dusk.
Relax over a drink before turning in for the night.

Day 2 -3:

Begin the day with breakfast at camp which is followed by an enjoyable early morning game drive.
Take in the national park sights and sounds before returning to the camp for lunch.
Spend your time at leisure before setting off on an late afternoon / early evening game drive in the national park during which you have the unique opportunity to observe the more nocturnal activities of the park.
Dinner is served at the camp’s restaurant.

Day 4:

Depart for Lusaka after a sumptuous breakfast at camp.
Spend the next 2 nights in the luxury of the Protea Lusaka Hotel. The hotel is located in the best spot in the city, based in a shopping complex where all the shops, restaurants, casino and bars are on your doorstep.

Day 5:

Depart for an unforgettable experience of one of the world’s 7 natural wonders after breakfast, the magnificent Victoria Falls. You will experience the Falls from Livingstone on the Zambian side.
This drive as a fairly long one, arriving at our destination in the late afternoon.
Spend the next few nights in a lively backpacker’s accommodation.
This accommodation is the ideal place to book various activities and day trips over the next few days.

Day 5 – 9:

Enjoy your stay in Livingstone, Zambia, at your leisure.
The accommodation and breakfasts are included at this establishment.

Day 9:

We get a very early start to day 9 of our Zambian holiday and make our way to Lake Kariba.
At the lake we will make the Southern Belle Houseboat our base for the next 2 days.
Check in at noon and board the vessel.
The Southern Belle is a spacious luxury houseboat and all meals and accommodation on the boat is included.

Day 9 – 11:

Enjoy a relaxing time as you experience Lake Kariba from the decks of the Southern Belle.

Day 11:

Today heralds the end of your 11 day Zambian Holiday with Malawian Style as we heac back on an 8 hour drive to the starting point or the trip.
