In addition to our short accommodated safaris Chameleon now offers 10 & 11 day safaris, a combination of staying in accommodation & camping.  The 10 day Canyons, Dunes & Big Game safari departs every Tuesday, starting with 2 nights in accommodation while visiting the famous Etosha National Park before returning to Windhoek for 1 night at Chameleon Guesthouse and then heading to the south of Namibia to see the Fish River Canyon, Kolmanskop ghost town and Sossusvlei in the Namib Desert for 6 nights of camping. This is an ideal budget option for those that want a bit more comfort without paying a lot of extra money.

This safari is ideal for anyone who is open minded, likes travelling in groups and meeting new people. Departures are every Tuesday at 12noon with a minimum of 2 people.

This safari was the perfect way to start my African adventure. The guides were of a high quality, the other travelers were great company, and the itinerary was well planned. Accommodation was very comfortable, and the camping lots of fun!
