Terms & Conditions

AdventureBookings is committed to maintaining a high standard across the website for the pleasure and ease of use for our visitors, therefore advertisers will be required to list their products according to certain guidelines. These ensure consistency across all pages so the user can navigate around the site with minimal learning required.

1. Price Fluctuations – It will remain the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that the prices listedare correct and updated, both in the rates and dates section and on the Product Page. All listed prices will be deemed to be correct and should AdventureBookings secure a booking at the listed price, It is agreed that this price will be considered by both parties, to be the final rack price payable to the establishment less any commission.
2. In-House Travel Desk Bookings - Due to our relationship with other agents and hotels, any booking derived from our travel desk will incur a booking fee, (Negotiated STO Rates Apply - contact you regional Adpack Sales Representative to discuss these rates)  These fees cover advertising costs, web development commissions payable and credit card fees.
3. Standard Terms of Business (see the full Terms & Conditions page)  AdventureBookings will either accept a deposit to secure the booking and the balance will be payable to the establishment by the client, or AdventureBookings will secure the full amount and the establishment will invoice AdventureBookings for the net rate.
4. Listing Conditions – AdventureBookings reserves the right to edit or delete any content or products that:
   • is considered inappropriate
   • contains profanity or sexually explicit material,
   • contains content that is grammatically incorrect or simply badly written,
   • contains content that seeks to gain an unfair competitive advantage over other products listed in the category
   • contains content that is not unique (ie copied from other sites as this penalizes the sites rankings in Google)
   • contains content or images that generally lower the standard of the site
   • fails to deliver a product accordng to our Service Excellence Policy
   • AdventureBookings will always try to assist our advertisers in content rectification before the product is completely removed from the platform.

AdventureBookings reserves the right to re-classify any content, product or category and re-assign it to any other category, or perform SEO to any contet as it deems fit from time to time.
