More about the adventure:
- Start your adventure off on the Giant dunes of the Cape on the West Coast. You are in for a treat as you strap your feet onto your board and take to the dunes. You will receive instructions from pro sandboarders and learn the ropes, getting a solid sandboarding foundation under you. Your instructors are there to offer you knowledge and technical expertise that they have gathered through years of experience. Once you have mastered the basics of the sandboard you get to enjoy a picnic lunch while you bask in the afterglow of your sandboarding greatness before moving on to one of the designated surf spots. The beaches used for the surfing leg of your adventure could be Long beach, Big Bay, Blouberg, Cool Bay or Muizenberg if there are waves there.
- Once at the beach it is time to get your feet wet with pro surfers who are there to take you out on the water and get you surfing like a weathered pro. Your instructors will teach you how to paddle your aboard out, catch yourself a wave and then control your bodyweight so that you can stand up on your board without a wipeout. Your surfing training is one-on-one so that you can build the necessary confidence in the waves in no time at all.
