Travel is by luxury train that takes you to the best golf courses in South Africa; Sun City, Drakensberg, Durban, Swaziland and Phalaborwa. It includes a full sightseeing rail tour for the non-golfers in each of the places the train stops over.

Overview: Travel across South Africa in a train tour while enjoying the finest cuisine and the most luxurious accommodation in 36 en-suite rooms [maximum of 72 passengers] in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.
Golfers Itinerary
Day 1
Depart Capital Park rail station in Pretoria and travel to Waterval Onder.
Day 2
Golf at Hans Merensky Golf Estate and afterwards depart on the train to Swaziland.
Day 3
Play round of golf at the Royal Swazi Club near Manzini.
Day 4
Game drive in the Hluhluwe Game Reserve and afterwards depart for Durban.
Day 5
18 holes of golf at the Durban Beachwood Country Club
Day 6
Play golf at the Champagne Sports Resort in the Drakensberg
Day 7
Day of leisure on board the train after departing from Ladysmith
Day 8
- Round of golf at the Gary Player CC/Lost City; Sun City.
- Lunch at Club.
- Game drive in Pilansberg Game Reserve
Day 9
The rail and golf tour ends with the arrival back in Pretoria at the Capital Park Station.
Non-Golfers
Day 1
Depart Rovos Rail�s private station, Capital Park in Pretoria and later arrive at Waterval Onder.
Day 2
Game drive in the Kruger National Park, followed by lunch and a late afternoon departure for Swaziland.
Day 3
Morning visit to the Ngwenya Glass Factory, followed by lunch at Malandelas and rounding the afternoon off with a game drive in the Mkhaya Game Reserve.
Day 4
Game drive in the Hluhluwe Game Reserve and afterwards depart for Durban.
Day 5
Tour of Durban city that is followed by lunch at the Durban Beachwood Country Club.
Day 6
a morning walk in the Champagne Sports Resort and then a professional tour of Battlefields. This is followed by shopping before rejoining the train.
Day 7
Day of leisure on board the train after departing from Ladysmith.
Day 8
Explore and experience the wonders of Sun City and have lunch at the Club and in the afternoon a game drive in the Pilansberg Game Reserve.
Day 9
Arrive back in Pretoria at the Capital Park Station where the train tour officially ends.
