Itinerary Pretoria to Cape Town
- Depart Rovos Rail Private Capital Park station aboard the Pride of Africa.
- Kimberly - visit the Big Hole and the Diamond Museum
- Depart Kimberly, overnight via De Aar and Beauford West to arrive at Matjiesfontein.
- Visit to the historic and fully restored village of Matjiesfontein
- Travel via Touws River, De Doorns and Worcester to arrive in Cape Town where tour ends.
Itinerary Cape Town to Pretoria
- Departure from Platform 23 at Cape Town Station and proceed to Worcester.
- Arrive in Matjiesfontein and tour the historical village
- Dinner is served on board in the dining car
- Arrival in Kimberley and proceeds on a bus tour of the Big Hole and museum.
- Arrival at Capital Park Station in Pretoria where the train tour officially ends.
