Itinerary:
DAY 1:
Meet and greet with your host at Namibia�s international airport, transfer to Windhoek where you can rest and acclimatize.
DAY 2:
Travel towards the edge of the escarpment via Khoman Hochland, drive through the desert towards your destination. Lunch and relaxation before an afternoon sun downer horseback safari ride. Alfresco dinner served at the Lodge.
DAY 3:
Travel to Sossusvlei via a 4x4 safari vehicle with air-conditioning, have lunch at the lodge upon your return, depart in the afternoon for the beginning of the sleep-out horseback safari. Enjoy a camping dinner under a canopy of stars.
DAY 4:
Enjoy a camping breakfast, tack-up and set out riding. Mid morning break while horses are fed and watered; hammocks are put up for relaxation. Enjoy a picnic lunch and an afternoon ride to next campsite. Have a camping dinner by starlight.
DAY 5:
Enjoy a camping breakfast; ride back to the stables and return to lodge midmorning. Light lunch at the lodge followed by an afternoon nature drive with a guide. Enjoy a 360-degree view of the Namib dessert, return to lodge for 3-course dinner. �
DAY 6:
Enjoy breakfast at the lodge before setting out to Naukluft Park and its rock pools. Savour a picnic lunch at Naukluft Park before returning to the lodge late afternoon.
DAY 7:
Pack up and depart for a small game lodge where you will be spending the night before leaving for Namibia�s International Airport. Enjoy a last Namibian sunset on a nature drive.
DAY 8:
Enjoy last minute relaxation and activities before transferring to Namibia�s International Airport for your flight out.
